Translation:

Saints/Mahatma's abandoning food and water (Fasting), could not break the magic of Brahmin (means Brahmin true power of scripture (but he hides))

If you don't have rod (metaphorically referred to Mosa's scripture - Which is given to Prophet Mohammed SAW)). just copying to become like Mosa (showing off Loving of Allah) is vain and baseless deed.


If we relate this to Quran, Allama is also indicating here, if Muslim also just do fasting , they can not break the magic spellled by religious scolar by not allowing the power access from the original meaning of Quran. If we don't have that true Quranic meaning with us which act as rod of mosa , then we become just by appearance saints of muslims and following such dbious muslim leaders, this also be baseless efforts not going to yield any results in this world and after death....rather we will be deprved of Allah's blessing in both world.
